Pleasance Theatre Budgeting and Fundraising Workshop

At this workshop, Associate Producer Heather Rose gives an overview of budgeting and cashflow for a production, answering questions about overheads, rates of pay and offering some useful templates, followed by a look at income streams, including in-kind support, box office income, and crowdfunding. Finally, Catherine Willmore, Relationship Manager, Arts Council England, gives an overview of the new lottery project grants including tips on making a strong application, the decision making process, and plenty of time for your questions.
Please note that your ticket to the artist workshop INCLUDES a ticket to A Pleasance Scratch (click here) at 7.30pm, an evening of new work and new ideas from six artists and theatre companies. Important Notes: Tickets are EITHER for the full workshop, including ACE segment, or ONLY for the ACE segment, which will be in the final hour 6-7pm. Maximum 2 tickets per company.
