“Writing is Re-Writing” workshop with Francis Grin on the 10th February 2020

Mrs C’s Collective Theatre Company are extremely excited to launch their FIRST workshop for their Spring Season 2020 with “Writing is Re-Writing” led by Francis Grin on the 10th February 2020 (4pm-6pm).
So you might have ‘Draft 0’ sitting in front of you. You might hate it, you might love it, you might prefer never to look at it again – but deep down you know, the hard work is yet to come. This workshop draws on simple tools with an aim to jump start the drafting process. From jotting down and presenting a ‘pitch’ or ‘premise’, to uncovering the skeleton of your play and finding out what fits and what doesn’t.
The workshops is open to all levels. Please bring a ‘completed’ early draft of a play which you feel is ready to leave your laptop! Both short and full-lengths welcome. Workshop run by dramaturg, playwright and former Literary Manager of the Finborough Francis Grin. £5 General Entry, FREE for members of ‘The Writers’ Collective’. Workshop will be held at Mountview performing arts school (120 Peckham Hill Street, SE15 5JT London, United Kingdom).
