I am very helpless with IT. Do I submit this equal opportunity form by coping and pasting and adding to the play or independently?

Claudette, no problem at all. If you send it independently by filling it online that would be great. But if you have any problems doing this please submit your play anyway and I will follow up and ask for the equal opps form at a later date.

Yes just for the record it’s easy and friendly, Simply an email to copy and paste, by now most of us have it anyway. Glitch-free!
